For the longest, 4Kids Entertainment have done damn near everything to avoid anything sexy in their shows even if it meant adding a few inches to Anzu Maza – excuse me – Téa Gardner's skirt to airbrushing every single Harpie Lady in sight.

But recently, Al Khan, 4Kids CEO, talked to C21Media.net about the acquisition of Toei's Ojamajo Doremi and said, "The designs are pretty so they appeal to girls, but the characters are very sexy so boys like them."

Did he just say "sexy"?

Then he mentioned another 4Kids-acquired show entitled Winx Club (a show from Italy). Here he says, "The characaters in the show are all designed by Italian so they look very nice. It's another show that has sexy animated female characters in a traditional boys' action-adventure environment."

Just perfect. Now they want to have sexy characters in their shows after changing Anzu and Mai characters from animated bombshells to complete airheads. And let's not forget the number of female Duel Monsters being airbrushed in the Yu-Gi-Oh dub.

Before trying to get some show with sex appeal, 4Kids should restore some of the sex appeal in Yu-Gi-Oh...

And I suggest they do before we have to experience the horror a speaking Dark Magician Girl with a voice of a cross between Cher from Clueless and Bulma from the season 1 and 2 dub of Dragon Ball Z.
