"Starting Fresh"
A little over a year ago, I got the idea to create and run “Yu-Gi-Oh! Uncensored!” However rather then re-type my history with “Yu-Gi-Oh!” and this site you can read all about my history in my “1st Year Anniversary” editorial, this is about something different. Anyway, when I created this site I had bold ambitions to make this a great site. Updates every week, editorials and features galore, and lots and lots of episode comparisons. And while I believe I’ve done a fairly good job in most of those area’s, the area that I’ve been lacking in mainly is episode comparisons. By now I was hoping to have the Duelist Kingdom finished and be working on Battle City. However episode comparisons just take so darn long to write each guide. Plus my job, school, and second website have made running this site quite a struggle over the past few months. I didn’t want to close this site, but I needed to admit that I needed help. Well it is my pleasure to announce that “Yu-Gi-Oh! Uncensored” is no longer to be a one man show.

I have been looking long and hard for a co-webmaster to help with the site, and I finally found one. His name is JD, and he is going to be helping with the workload on this site. He will be sharing the duties of doing episode comparison’s (This should help that comparisons come out sooner), he will be accepting all the fan opinions from how on, and he will be running two new sections on the site (Coming Soon). So without further ado I’m going to hand the mike over to JD so that he can tell you a little bit about himself. Take it away JD:

Thanks, Kevin. My name is JD, and some of you may know that I have a website entitled Yugioh Uncensored II. Since July 2003, I have worked on that site and managed to get all the way through the Duelist Kingdom in my Anime Comparisons, 10 TCG Comparisons done, and I managed to compare the Sacred Cards video game for the GBA. I've always admired YGO Uncensored I, and wanted to do one too. Respectfully, I added the “II”. Now, Kevin had brought it to my attention that he needed a bit of aid in running the site, so I quickly jumped at the chance.

In the near future, I will be transferring a number of my comparisons over to this site, and also continue working on the Filler Arc and, later, Battle City. The Noa's Ark/Alcatraz comparisons will remain on my site, though, until we're all caught up with 4Kids. He will still be doing most of the Anime Comparisons, though.

The areas of this site that I will be doing exclusively are the Opinions section, the TCG Comparison section, and the Video Game comparisons section.

Opinions The first section that will be run exclusively by me is a new Opinions section. In it, there are Opinions for the Fans, like you, and Opinions for the Powers That Be, including the dub people.

TCG Comparisons Next, I will be doing TCG comparisons. I already have 9 done, and they'll be transferred to here, and I will also be doing brand new TCG Comparisons.

Video Game Comparisons Third, I will be doing a VG Comparison section of Yugioh, which already features DM7 and WILL, in July, feature DM8. Then that section will be closed down (those are the only two worth doing).

Anime Comparisons I will PARTLY be doing Anime Comparisons on this site, with Kevin. He will be doing most of them, but if he needs me to help speed things up a bit (like a whole saga, for instance) then I will transfer those certain comparisons from my site to his.

Anyway, that is what is going to happen. I will still be doing Yuugiou Uncensored II as it has a fairly large fanbase, and will be keeping a majority of comparisons over there. I will also be keeping the Introduction, Editorial, Rant, Link, Site Map, and other tidbits as well as a vast majority of Anime Comparisons. Thanks for listening to my mindless chatter, and look forward to some quick, quality work in the future! JD, the new Co-Webmaster of Yuugiou Uncensored I Opinions, Staff, TCG C, VG C

Welcome aboard JD! It's nice to know that this will be more then a one man show, and hopefully there will be another person joining us in the future. In the comic weeks of this writting I will be adding those two sections, and then "Yu-Gi-Oh! Uncensored!" will be more alive then it ever has been before (Hopefully, you know how I can get sometimes)! So keep checking back here, as there will be much more to come.

NEXT TIME: Do we not have uncut "Yu-Gi-Oh!" simply because it's too exspensive? Check back as I take a look at some arguements about why an uncut "Yu-Gi-Oh!" release would just simply cost too much money to make.
