First off, that is the undertitle of Duel Monsters TWO.  Of course, though, Konami opted for the version with the prettier graphics.  In the Japanese version the premise is exactly like the other two- take down the tiers, collect cards, and the whole game is pretty much based on attacking monsters head on.  Of course though, in the English version they just HAD to add crap about Heart of the Cards, gay stuff from Yugi, etc.
