Me with Austin Peck from Days of Our Lives.
I graduated from Luzerne County Community College in May of 2006, and I have an Associates Degree in Painting Illustration. I am currently a student at the University of Advancing Technology Online, and I major in Video Game Design. It was a little more difficult to get used to taking classes online than I thought it would be, but I am enjoying myself. Soon enough I will have my Bacchelors Degree in Game Design! How cool will that be?
I am an anime nut. I love the Dragonball series, Cardcaptor Sakura, Sailor Moon, Princess Tutu, DNAngel, Pretear, and Tsubasa Chronicles. I also like Tenchi Muyo, in small doses. Extremely small. Miniscule really. I also like Rurouni Kenshin, A Little Snow Fairy Sugar, and Chobits. Bless the bargain bins at Gamestop and EB! (Shameless plug alert!) Also to Anime On-Demand.
As far as games go, I love so many of them. I final beat Fatal Frame last month, after 4 years of trying. I also tried Rule of Rose, which is a game that I cannot recommend anyone play, but you still need to try it. It doesn't make sense, but that's the nature of the game. I think The Sims are the coolest games, but they have been by far eclipsed by The Sims 2. And just think, I get to write off all my game playing hours as "research" for my future career!!!
My cancer is still in remission, and in November it will be 5 years! I have been doing really well health-wise. I have a paralyzed left diagphram(I don't know how to spell it and I don't want to look it up), which drives me crazy in the summer. But to help alleviate the problem, I got back into dancing last year, and I am having a blast with it.
In the past year, my life has changed dramatically. Again. I can't even change that statement, lol. New people came into it, I have travelled to many new places, and old friends have departed from my life. No, they didn't die or anything, we all just grew apart. I'm still just as insightful, and probably still far too trusting of people, but I have a little bit of Jade's cynicalness kicking in, I think. Although these changes were unwanted somewhat at first, they have all turned out to be for the best. I am happy about having a college degree, and I am working hard on my second one. And I love working on this site, and I hope that people like the work we put into it. I will catch everyone next year with a new profile update, unless I forget like last year. :)
